How does the warranty work?

Our Full 3-Year Warranty guarantees coverage for any premature paint failure, with the exception of horizontal surfaces. Please fill out our Warranty Request Form before July 15th to report any areas in need of attention, ensuring your complimentary touch-ups by the end of the painting season.

We appreciate your patience as we finalize our schedule to ensure timely and thorough service. Your touchups are important to us, and we want to ensure we dedicate the time and attention it deservesPlease note that decks, other horizontal surfaces, and items outside of your warranty period are not covered. However, feel free to reach out to us—we’d be happy to offer touch-up services at a low rate.
